So, five years come and slap me in the face! They say grow up, tough it out...she will be fine...the experience is for both of you! Well, let me tell you, public school is a joke...but we need to learn to understand and appreciate those around us in this world and learn to choose the path of light and truth in the midst of everything else.
After a total emotional crisis for several weeks...Mami is finally happy to kiss her little girl goodbye and hug her tight as I pick her up from school. I think I might just graduate from kindergarten!! (oh, and that's another funny story...she goes half and half to kinder and first grade only so that she isn't "legally" considered a first grader and have to stay any extra state required hours).

Oh, Isa! We raise them so that they will be able to leave us! Just hold her close those times when you do have her so that she feels that where you are and what you represent are the very best of life. Then no matter how far away they go they will always come back.
ReplyDeleteIt is very true, these little ones are our "mortal term loan" from Heavenly Father. I suppose a loan always must be paid back...with INTEREST!
