All About Baby

It's funny that number 4 at the beginning feels like number one. I bring him home and I am convinced that I did something wrong...he seems uncomfortable, wanting something, maybe doesn't like his new place, a colicky baby, I don't know! His tiny peeps did not last more than a night, and obviously I have no idea what true colic is! Like Enoch, I can not get him to stay awake long enough to even finish nursing.
New born life for me is a vacation to heavenly peace amidst the business of every day life around me. There is really no concept of time where I am, and every glimpse of our little treasure brings Heaven's love into my heart. Of course I will eventually snap out of it, but for now I am enjoying every minute.

  3. Thank you for the pictures! he's wonderful-so cute-shaped. I am sure that your "enjoying every(reasonably:) minute"now, will make a lot of difference in how much peace you feel about it all when THIS good season turns into another. I just kind of choked up right now, realizing I will never be responsible to watch over another baby belly button in all eternity........:)Love you, all.
